UK Shipping

We offer free delivery for all orders shipped to the mainland UK. Alba Sports Nutrition uses MyHermes and Royal Mail as our main carriers. UK Customers will be able to select their preferred method of shipping although Royal Mail is not available as an option for orders weighing over 1kg. MyHermes will be the preferred method of delivery for Postcodes in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands and Europe.
It is of the utmost importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy. Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen:
Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel (this can be you, a friend or family member). Delivery Times vary from 2 to 5 days dependant on Weekends or Public Holidays

If that’s not possible...
Arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work; providing you have made an order with us before, we can have parcels sent straight to your workplace.

If that’s no good...
Maybe you have a secure place at home that your parcel can be left i.e. in a coal bunker or garden shed. Or better still you may know of a neighbour who would be able to sign for the package. (REMEMBER TO PUT ANY NOTES LIKE THIS ON YOUR ORDER) Hopefully one of these options will apply to you and we will be able to get your package delivered on the 1st attempt.

UK Shipping Costs

We offer FREE UK mainland shipping on all orders. Deliveries to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses will be charged at standard UK postal rates but with a 5kg limit on orders. Shipments to UK Islands, Channel Islands and Europe are calculated according to weight, please email us at mark@albasportsnutrition.co.uk before placing your order to find out the postal charge.

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged £9.99 if we make a collection on their behalf. Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can Alba Sports Nutrition or MyHermes/Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
